BUILD PROGRESS

ONE
Arrival
The bike arrived at the workshop and was
unloaded ready for assessment and strip-down

TWO
Strip Down
Bodywork and components were removed to expose the chassis and prepare for fabriction.

THREE
Tank Development
The tank was brushed raw back to the metal look. Before planning the design for the paint work.

FOUR
Tank Desgin Prep
This is where custom work really starts to show its character — raw metal, hand-finished detail and the early signs of the final look coming together.

FIVE
Tank Paint / Design
This stage of the Ducati Monster 1200S build shows the tank going from preparation to finished detail. The masking, paintwork and Ducati graphics all come together to create a clean, custom look that suits the shape of the bike.

SIX
Tank Fitted and Top-End Details
The Ducati Monster 1200S is now starting to come together, with the painted tank fitted and the top-end details being checked and lined up.

SEVEN
Custom Flanges & Tube Design
This stage focuses on making the custom flanges and shaping the oval-to-round tube sections for the exhaust setup.

EIGHT
Pie-Cut Exhaust Fabrication
This stage is all about using pie cuts to create the correct bend and flow for the exhaust system.

NINE
Pie-Cut 2-1 Exhaust Fabrication
The exhaust system is being built as a custom 2-1 setup, bringing both sides together into one clean flowing system.

TEN
EQUAL LENGTHS EXHAUST
At this stage, I’m starting to bring the custom exhaust system together, using hand-cut pie sections to create the bends and shape I need.

ELEVEN
EXHAUST COMPLETED & TESTED
After all the fabrication, pie-cut work and final setup, the system sounds exactly how it should. It brings the real character of the Ducati Monster to life, giving it a deeper, sharper and more purposeful tone.

Hand-built performance exhaust systems. Engineered for power, tuned for sound, finished for the long haul.
